• Developed and implemented inspector training program for NAVSEA (PMS-377), Landing Craft Air Cushion Vehicle program
• Developed a new all inclusive fabrication, welding and inspection specification for NAVSEA (PMS-300) with special inspection and acceptance requirements
• Developed a new specification, including inspection and acceptance, for brazing medical gas and vacuum systems in California.
