If a supplier fails to comply with the drawing, specifications, codes, or purchase order, we can assist them with a program to comply with all requirements.

  • Management review – We can provide an assessment of the production facility to satisfy your proposed build. When the paperwork is non-existent, we can provide the manufacturing company with a welding or quality plan to meet your requirements. We have vast experience with the insuring and construction agencies.
  • Design review – We keep in mind the tools available to production when reviewing a design. When brought on-board before the design is complete, we can assist the engineer with expedient manufacturing scenarios.
  • Problem solving – Need help in breaking down sub-assemblies, we can provide solutions with innovative manufacturing techniques.
  • Training – We provide the engineering group with the following topics;
    • Welding symbols
    • Design for welding
    • Weld joint design
    • Welding metallurgy

  • Complete welding programs –We will collect information on the essential variables of the welding codes and provide the necessary paperwork for the preparation of welding procedure qualifications. This includes preliminary welding procedure specifications (WPS), written procedure qualification records (PQR), and the welding procedures (WPS) to give direction to the welder/fabricator. The welder or welding operator qualification is addressed with the preparation of a welder performance test (WPT). This document assures all future tests will be the same for the welder’s qualification to use a specific WPS or multiple WPSs. We also provide an easy method for the maintenance of welder qualifications.
